2025 Registration and Fan Gear Opens May 1!

Good afternoon Jaguars Family!

We cannot believe that the season is almost here! Registration for fall tackle and cheer opens MAY 1! Take advantage of the early bird discount by getting registered and payment completed EARLY before the prices go up! This is also a reminder that ALL YOUTH PARTICIPANTS are required to have a current physical on file. Physicals are good for 2 years and must be on the OSAA Physical Form. Forms are available through FORMS on our website. Additionally the physical must not expire during the season. All physicals must include the date of the physical (which must be within the same 2 year guidelines and not expire) and must include the physician's signature, not a stamp. If you are in need of getting a physical, please get that scheduled NOW. Participants without physicals on file will not be allowed to participate. There are several great and low cost/free options available locally. Please contact Cornerstone Medical in Junction City (formerly On Call Advantage) or Best Med. Additionally, there are typically several clinics through out the summer. DO NOT WAIT.

Our fan gear store is also open. Get your gear before the season starts!
