Welcome to the Harrisburg-Junction City Youth Football and Cheer Program!
We are the JAGUARS!

We look forward to spending many seasons with you and your child (ren) in a fun, inclusive environment. As this is a small community, many of the kiddos will play sports with one another from pre-school through high school graduation. This is where life long friendships are formed!

WVYFC Base Registration fees:

Jaguars Cheer: $275
K-1 Football: $235
2-6 Football: $275
Oaklea Tigers 7th/8th Football : $175

*In an effort to make sports accessible to all, some discounts may be available*

**Once your child is registered, you are responsible for the full amount. If financial assistance is needed, please see Scholarships under the forms tab. You may also set up a payment plan when you register. Additionally, each season we offer a fundraiser which is a way for your athlete to earn money towards their registration fees. Many families have been able to cover their entire fee with our fundraisers.** Please reach out to the board if you have questions regarding financial assistance.

** Refunds** Depending on timing, refunds may or may not be allowed. Once cheer uniforms have been ordered, we cannot offer any refund. Once football jerseys are ordered, only a partial refund may be available. There is registration insurance available when you register**

Board Member

Parent volunteers during the season to assist with transportation, snacks, fundraising efforts etc. Have an idea? We would love to hear from you!

Football/Cheer Coaches and Team Managers

Requirements to be a Coach or Team Manager:
-Register on this website. Please confirm with the association that the position you are seeking, is available.
-Complete a background screening. A link to complete the background process will be sent to you typically, early August. You must complete this on your own. Once the background is complete/approved, please email the receipt to us and your account will be reimbursed the cost.
-Football Coaches-Complete the USA Football Youth Tackle certification course. A link with information and code will be sent to you. Jaguars football will cover this cost. Once your background is cleared, you will also need to complete the Positive Coaching Alliance training.
-Cheer coaches- - You must complete the CDC concussion training. This is free training and a link will be provided. You will also need to complete the Positive Coaching Alliance training.
-Team managers-other than the background, nothing more is required but the concussion training is recommended.

ONE VOLUNTEER PER TEAM MUST BE CPR/FIRST AID certified.

All certificates must be provided the the board to be maintained in the team books.

Team Manager The team manager acts as the go-between between the parents and the coaches as well as to manage the players on the side lines. The team manager is responsible for assigning parent volunteers for games and maintaining the team's book.
